OUR first six months started with a bit controversy, but as we progressed the negativity became showers of support. As a national coach, you must first get to know your surroundings, culture, organisation and talent pool. During this time make adjustments to become open to change and listen to your staff also.
A coach must earn a sense of trust and respect in which your organisation and team must buy into. Once you have all of that in place, then the real work starts. So let's take a trip down memory lane and recap the first six months and find out what we're today and what we need to continue to improve and eventually find the success and achieve our goals.
