FAB - Filipino Amateur Basketball Tournament 2009 3rd MANJARO CUP

The 3rd Manjaro Cup will kick off tomorrow (Saturday) at the BBA indoor gym in Batu Bersurat, Gadong. The regulars expected to return are the Streetball champs; Wildcats, Traine Aire, Hannah Louise and the team who brings the best and loudest crowd in the game; Hua Ho Bunot. Also there are new teams listed to vie for the title.

My sincere apologies to the FAB fans and players, I already asked the organizers for the details a number of times but unfortunately they are reluctant to provide so we couldn't get any information and updates about the tournament. I guess I’ll be taking the time off and be ready for the FBA’s Ambassador’s Cup and the Asean Basketball League which will start anytime soon.

In other basketball news, this years Fil-Sports basketball exhibition games are planned to be held in Sri Alam , Masai, Johor by Nov. 09. According to Randy Narciso, Fil-Sports president that these basketball exhibition matches enhances the camaraderie of Filipinos through several sport events.
