NOT satisfied with their first win in the ASEAN Basketball League a 94-76 victory over the KL Dragons at the MABA Stadium in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday night the Barracudas are plotting another heartache for the Malaysians.
Their first home game of the ABL season, the Barracudas are confident they can keep the momentum going today using their big American imports as their main weapons.
But Barracudas head coach Bong Ramos believes they will have to work hard at the National Indoor Stadium of the Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex in Berakas today if they want to slay the KL Dragons for the second time this week.
The former Indonesia national coach warns his players that the Dragons will look to bounce back from their opening defeat and believes that the Malaysians' head coach, Goh Cheng Huat, would have made the necessary adjustments to avenge Wednesday's defeat.
"The team consist of players from the (Malaysian) national team and I know that they are really good players. We expect a different Dragons and we will not underestimate them," said Ramos in an interview with The Brunei Times yesterday. Read More...
