More about the annual event below:
The Continental Cup is an international youth basketball tournament that will be held in Cleveland, Ohio July 1-4, 2010. I would personally like to extend this as an invitation to have your athletes participate as they represent their city, region, team or even their countries!
The age groups are: U12, U14, U16 & U18 boy’s and girl’s teams from all around the world to participate in four (4) days of competition. With Olympic-style Opening Ceremonies, Feature Games, a Rock ‘N Roll Dance Party and Continental Cup Excursion Packages, this will be a great learning opportunity on and off the court. Although the world has started to shrink, young athletes rarely get to experience a unique tournament like this where the away team is from the United States and the home team is from China. We would like the younger and non-elite athletes to also be part of an Olympic experience – and this is a great chance to let them!
For further tournament and pricing details, please refer to the attached Tournament Information Packet and/or visit the tournament website: www.continentalcupbasketball. com. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the 2010 Continental Cup, please contact Mario Nishihara at +1.216.363.1713, or via email at mnishihara@clevelandsports.org .
Registration is currently opened with a $50 discount (registration fee) and more on a first come first serve basis please reply to this email at your earliest convenience for more details!
