EasyWay cruise past Selangan, HHY beat Black Jack

GADONG, BSB -- (Group A) EasyWay Bunot delivered a 100-58 beat down to Selangan during the Under-23 Youth Basketball Cup in Batu Bersurat.

EasyWay Bunot comprised mostly of reserves from Brunei Barracudas and regulars of the All-Malay selection team, the Liga Bumiputera. Muhd Ramat carried EasyWay with his 25 points followed by 15 points of Joven Umali. Cavan Kong and Jong How Kiat led Selangan with 23 points and 16 points respectively.

Earlier game saw HHY beat Black Jack, 81-55. Foo Gewn Tong had 24 points, Che Wee Nien contributed 12 points while Nicholas Bong Jia Kong had a game high of 26 points in a losing effort, Kevin Chin chipped in 15.
